Quickly and easily remove tough slag and dross buildup from your laser support surface. The Slaghog® works on Copper as well as Steel support slats and can be operated on the unused laser bed while the machine is running. Perform cleaning from one side of cutting bed with a single operator.

Both versions are physically similar with the Standard Slat SLAGHOG™ having larger diameter cutters and the Narrow Slat SLAGHOG™ having smaller 1 inch cutters to fit between narrow spaced slats.

The RHINO HAMMER™ makes removing tabbed parts much easier after they are cut. It uses shop air to create impact vibration that breaks the tab loose, leaving the finished parts in good condition. A unique polyurethane tip handles the air pressure necessary for removal of parts. Available with either standard 1.5” diameter tip or small .75” tip.

SLAT SHIELD PLUS

Slat Shield Plus comes in a 5 gallon container. It is a slag/dross preventative that can be applied to new or cleaned slats. Slat Shield can be applied to copper as well as steel laser cutting beds. Simply fill a tank sprayer with Slat Shield Plus and liberally apply the preventative onto the slats. Discounts for multiple containers available. Also available in 55 gallon drums.
